Shawn Pleysier of Vista, passed away Tuesday, September 20th, 2022, at home. A memorial service will be held at Oceanside Harbor on November 12th, 2022, at 2pm. In lieu of flowers or for those wishing to make a contribution, donations will go towards his daughter's college education.

Shawn, son of Gerard and Fay Pleysier, was raised in Shadow Hills, CA, and moved to San Diego, CA, as an adult. Shawn worked in the glazing industry for 25 years building a large clientele, network of colleagues and friends. He was a loving father and true friend. He brought joy to the hearts of his family and friends and would always lend a helping hand. He loved to go to the desert, river or snow with family and friends, and to take his daughter to Disneyland.

Shawn is survived by daughter, Gillian Pleysier; former spouse, Glennis Dawson Pleysier; parents, Gerard and Fay Pleysier; brothers, Jay and Greg (Tiffany) Pleysier; niece and nephew, Kayla and Logan Pleysier; and extended family in Australia.
